I had a lovely stay! The king studio was spacious and clean. The comfortable beds felt like clouds. Breakfast was a delightful treat with plenty of choices!

The room layout was spacious with a nice sitting area for relaxation. Additionally the staff were quick to provide extra towels when I requested them and they were friendly which made the stay more pleasant.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Springhill Suites By Marriott Detroit Metro Airport Romulus. The spacious King Studio Sofa Bed was perfect for us, providing ample space for our kids to play and relax. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The indoor pool was a great way to unwind after a long day, and the breakfast options were both delicious and satisfying!

The hotel offered a nice atmosphere, and the check-in was friendly. I received a complimentary bottle of water, which was a nice touch. The exterior looked well-maintained, and the lobby felt welcoming. My room was clean and comfortable, but the maintenance left a bit to be desired. I struggled with the odd light system that required the key card to operate, making it difficult to navigate the room, especially at night. Water pressure in the shower fluctuated constantly, and the shower door didn’t seal well, causing water to spill outside. I also noticed some significant wear in the room, like a torn headboard and a damaged tissue paper dispenser. The noise from the hallway was disturbing, especially at night when guests moved around. Overall, several improvements could be made, especially in maintenance and noise control. Despite these issues, the staff were nice throughout my stay and assisted when I needed to address the problems.

This place suits me perfectly. I enjoy the free wi-fi, snug indoor pool, and convenient luggage storage. On my first stay, the staff helped me find a local taxi. I’m coming back for a business trip!
